We're currently hard at work creating a design based on the lyrics to his no. 1 hit Black And Gold.

San Francisco-based graphic designer Alton Kelley died earlier this month, aged 67.  Kelley, along with partner Stanley Miller, helped establish the psychedelic graphic style with his series of posters and album covers for The Grateful Dead and other bands  from the Haight-Ashbury, flower-power scene.

It's Pop It's Art is taking part in an threesome. Our prints are set to feature in a three-way exhibition of talent at East London's PYMCA Gallery on 41 Clerkenwell Road. 
The exhibition is called Versus and contrasts the youth culture photography of PYMCA with the illustrative style of The Daydream Network and our own typographical cover versions of classic songs. This week a selection of It's Pop It's Art prints went on sale at Art Republic in Brighton. The gallery is currently displaying our Imagine and Come Together prints, alongside their choice catalogue from the likes of Banksy, Kozyndan and Jamie Hewlett.

Exciting news for It's Pop It's Art as we have been given the go-ahead to do a version of a modern classic, Amy Winehouse's Rehab.

We've been working on a design, which references the notorious chanteuse's tattoos and takes the It's Pop It's Art collection in an exciting new direction.
